Renewal agreement: Effective June 15, 2015, to June 14, 2019. Ratified on Nov. 16, 2016. Signed on April 7, 2017.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective June 15, 2015: 0%
Effective June 15, 2016: 2%
Effective June 15, 2017: 3%
Effective June 15, 2018: 2%
Paid holidays: 10 days. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 3 years, 4 weeks after 9 years, 5 weeks after 15 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for the first 2 hours' overtime, double time thereafter. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for Aramark Canada Ltd. Employee Benefits Program.
Dental: Employer pays 50% of premiums, employee pays 50% of premiums. 100% of expenses according to the current provincial dental fee guide reimbursed, maximum $1,000 per person per year.
Sick leave: 5 days per year.
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums for $10,000 coverage.
Life insurance: Basic life: $10,000.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law spouse, same-sex spouse, employee’s parents, spouse’s parents, stepparent, legal guardian, ward, child, stepchild, sibling, stepsibling, grandparent, grandchild, stepgrandparent, stepgrandchild). 2 days for death of aunt, uncle, niece, nephew, relative living in household of employee. Consideration will be given for travel time to attend funeral.
Seniority – recall rights: 6 months. 
Probationary period: 90 days. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 24 months.

Employer will pay employee’s regular rate of pay for attendance and travel time. Medical documentation: When employer requests employee provide a completed Attending Physician’s Report (APR), employer will reimburse employee, maximum $60. Benefit supplement: All employees will receive $100 after ratification to supplement benefit plan. Effective June 2017: $100. Effective June 2018: $100.
