Renewal agreement: Effective July 1, 2017, to June 30, 2020. Ratified on July 4, 2017. Signed on July 7, 2017.
Shift premium: Time and one-half for all hours worked between midnight and 8 a.m. Time and one-half for all hours worked on Christmas Eve (Dec. 24 commencing at 6 p.m.) and New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31 commencing at 6 p.m.). Time and one-half for work on Sundays, double time after 8 hours.
Paid holidays: 11 days.
Vacations with pay: 6% on each paycheque, 8% after 6 years, 10% after 10 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half for first 4 hours, double time thereafter.
Medical benefits: 3% on each paycheque.
Sick leave: 1 day per 30 days, maximum 5 days per year.
Pension: Employer contributes 4% per paycheque to employee’s RSP administered by The Canadian Entertainment Industry Retirement Plan.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide all required clothing.
Mileage: $0.45 per kilometre.
