Renewal agreement: Effective Feb. 18, 2016, to Feb. 18, 2019. Signed on Feb. 16, 2016.
Shift premium: Temporary relief: $1 per hour when moving from ramp agent to crew chief; $2 per hour when moving from crew chief to supervisor. Minimum 2 hours’ pay for relief assignments.
Paid holidays: 9 days. 
Vacations with pay: 14 days or 4% after 1 year, 21 days or 6% after 5 years, 28 days or 8% after 11 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all time worked after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. 
Meal allowance: 20-minute paid meal break after more than 3 hours’ overtime. 
Sick leave: 5 days per year, maximum 10 days accumulated.
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (spouse, common-law partner, children of employee or spouse (adopted, foster, ward children), sisters, brothers, parents, grandparents, stepparents, grandparents and stepgrandparents of employee or spouse, relatives residing in employee’s household. 1 day for death of guardian, grandparents of employee’s spouse, brothers and sisters of spouse.
Seniority – recall rights: 1 year or length of service, whichever is greater.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay at time and one-half.
Probationary period: 3 months of service, excluding any absence of 7 days or more. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Safety shoes: $65 for new hires, $100 per year for employees with more than 1 year of service.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will supply all sanitary and safety clothing and gloves. Employer will supply: 5 shirts, 5 pants or any combination of shorts and pants for total of 5 for full-time employees, 3 shirts, 3 pants or any combination of shorts and pants for total of 3 for part-time employees, 1 winter parka every 2 years, 1 rain/summer jacket every 2 years, gloves (replaced as needed), 4 pairs of winter gloves per year (replaced as needed), 1 safety vest (replaced as needed), 1 winter cap, 1 summer cap, hearing protectors, knee pads available upon request.
Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after 7% increase):
Start
Ramp agent/casual: $11 rising 3 steps to $11.85
Lead hand/crew chief: $13 rising 3 steps to $14
Supervisors: $15 rising 3 steps to $16.15
