Renewal agreement: Effective March 1, 2015, to Feb. 28, 2020. Signed on June 25, 2015.
Wage adjustments:
Effective on date of ratification: $4,000 lump sum
Effective 1 year after ratification: $3,000 lump sum
Effective 2 years after ratification: $2,000 lump sum
Effective March 1, 2018: 2% wage increase
Effective March 1, 2019: 2% wage increase
Shift premium: 50¢ per hour for administrative clerk II designation. 10% premium for lead designation.
Paid holidays: 8 days.
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 15 years and 5 weeks after 25 years.
Overtime: Time and one-half.
Medical benefits: Employer pays full cost of supplementary health insurance for all employees under the age of 65 to a maximum of $75,000 with an annual reinstatement of $2,000. Employer provides coverage for hearing aids and tests to a maximum of $1,500 every 5 years. Employer provides coverage for massage therapy to a maximum of $50 per visit to a maximum of $400 per person per calendar year.
Dental: Employer pays full cost of Group Dental Insurance Plan to a maximum of $2,000 per person. Basic dental service coverage is payable at 90% and maximum orthodontic coverage for dependent children is $2,500.
Vision: Employer pays full cost of Vision Care Plan to a maximum of $325 (previously $225) for eyeglasses, contact lenses or laser eye surgery every 2 years.
Sick leave: Sick leave accrued at a rate of 1 day per month to a maximum of 6 days per year.
Life insurance: Employer covers full cost of the group life insurance plan to a maximum of $70,000 for full-time employees below the age of 65. Coverage in excess of $70,000 will be shared on a 50/50 basis. Level of coverage will be 2.5 times the basic annual salary to a maximum of $80,000. Paid-up life insurance for retired employees will be 1/4 of coverage at time of retirement to a maximum of $10,000.
Bereavement leave: 3 paid and 7 unpaid days for employee’s spouse, child, spouse’s child, parent, spouse’s parent, grandparent, spouse’s grandparent, grandchild, spouse’s grandchild, sibling or spouse’s sibling.
Seniority – recall rights: 60 months of the number of consecutive months equal to the employee’s seniority as of the date of layoff, whichever is greater.
Call-in pay: Minimum 4 hours’ pay.
Probationary period: 180 days.
Safety shoes: $100 per year.
