Renewal agreement: Effective Aug. 1, 2015, to July 31, 2018. Signed on Dec. 15, 2015.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective March 1, 2015: 2%
Effective March 1, 2016: 3%
Effective March 1, 2017: 2.5%
Shift premium: $0.40 per hour for working on afternoon shift. $0.60 per hour when working on night shift. May be banked, maximum 80 hours. $0.50 per hour for occupational first aid level 1. $1 per hour for occupational first aid level 2. $0.50 per hour if operator can run RoboWelder without supervision. $0.50 per hour if operator can run strippit without supervision. $0.50 per hour if operator can run Clifford without supervision. $0.50 per hour if operator can run Robomac without supervision. $0.50 per hour if operator can run Ultimat without supervision. $0.50 per hour if operator can run Schlatter without supervision. $0.50 per hour if operator can run straight-and-cut machinery equipment without supervision. $0.50 per hour if operator can run CNC brake presses without supervision. $0.50 per hour if operator can run spot welders without supervision. $0.50 per hour if operator can run mechanical and hydraulic punch presses without supervision. $0.40 per hour for lead hand. $1.25 per hour for charge hand. $1.25 per hour for forklift training.
Paid holidays: 12 days. 
Vacations with pay: 1 day per month, maximum 10 days to start, 2 weeks or 4% after 1 years, 3 weeks or 7% after 2 years, 4 weeks or 9% after 7 years, 5 weeks or 11% after 10 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 20 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for first 2 hours, double time thereafter. 
Meal allowance: $10 plus one-half hour to eat, when working more than 2 hours of overtime.
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of premiums for B.C. Medical Services Plan.
Dental: Employer pays 100% of premiums. Basic dental, routine treatment: 100% coverage. Major treatment: 50% coverage. Orthodontic treatment: 50% coverage. Maximum $2,000 per year for routine/major treatment. Maximum $2,000 lifetime for orthodontic treatment. 
Vision: Employer pays 100% of premiums. $100 every 2 years. 
Weekly indemnity: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of 75% of weekly earnings after first day of accident, fourth day of illness, maximum 26 weeks. 
AD&D: Employer pays 100% of premiums
Life insurance: Employer pays 100% of premiums for coverage of $60,000. 
Bereavement leave: 3 days for death in immediate family (parents, grandparents, parents-in-law, spouse, children, siblings, children of siblings).
Seniority – recall rights: 12 months. 
Call-in pay: Minimum 2 hours’ pay at double time. 
Probationary period: 60 days accumulated over a 12-month period. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 12 months.
Safety shoes: $150 per year, for employees who have 6 months’ service, minimum 1,040 hours. May be accumulated, maximum $300 every 2 years. 
Uniforms/clothing: 2 coveralls or shop coats per year will be provided for employees who request them.

Welder: $27.09
Spec. products and jig maker: $27.16
Spec. products and laser cutter: $26.03
Machine set-up and operator: $25.93
Shipper/receiver: $25.60
Lead assembly technician: $24.74
Light steel technician/warehouseman: $20.36
Production worker (start): $15.77
Production worker (after 3 months’ service): $16.88
Production worker (after 3 years’ service): $17.99
Head former operator: $27.31 
Senior technician fabricator: $25.61
CNC machine operator/former operator: $19.57
Editor’s notes: Employees working alone: When employee is working and may be injured, employer will check on well-being of employee at reasonable and practicable intervals. Hearing tests: Employer will conduct hearing tests on all employees once per year at no cost to employee. Education/training fund: $0.05 per hour per employee per hour worked to Local Union 2009 Education and Training Fund.
