Renewal agreement: Effective June 25, 2016, to June 24, 2021. Signed on Dec. 9, 2016.
Wage adjustments: 
Effective June 25, 2017: 2%
Effective June 25, 2018: 2%
Effective June 25, 2019: 2%
Effective June 25, 2020: 2%
Shift premium: $0.80 per hour for lead hands. $0.40 per hour for all members of afternoon and evening teams. $0.02 per mile for all trips to the U.S., $7.50 per day to account for exchange-rate difference.
Paid holidays: 10 days, plus additional floater day. 
Vacations with pay: 2 weeks or 4% after 1 year, 3 weeks or 6% after 5 years, 4 years or 8% after 8 years, 5 weeks or 10% after 16 years, 6 weeks or 12% after 20 years, 7 weeks or 14% after 25 years. 
Overtime: Time and one-half for all hours worked after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. 
Medical benefits: Employer pays 100% of benefits for Group Insurance Pool of Quebec - Local 106 and Local 1999.
Vision: $200 every 2 years for prescription safety glasses, $35 per year for eye examinations.
Sick leave: 5 days for duration of agreement.
Pension: Employer pays $200 per month, employer $10 per week, into pension fund (Régime de retraite des industries diverses de la Section Local 106 des Teamsters). Effective June 25, 2017: Employer pays $210 per month, employee pays $12 per week. Effective June 25, 2018: Employer pays $220 per month, employee pays $14 per week. Effective June 25, 2019: Employer pays $230 per month, employee pays $16 per week. Effective June 25, 2020: Employer pays $240 per month, employee pays $18 per week.
Bereavement leave: 5 days for death of spouse, children. 4 days for death of father, mother. 3 days for death of brother, sister. 2 days for death of mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, grandparents, grandchildren, grandparents of the spouse. 1 day for death of aunts, uncles, cousins.
Seniority – recall rights: 18 months. 
Discipline: Sunset clause is 1 year, 2 years for incidents involving accidents.
Safety shoes: $175 for approved security boots, rubbers.
Uniforms/clothing: Employer will provide 1 set of nytron gloves, clean overalls, winter clean overalls, raincoats. 
Sample rates of hourly pay (current, after 8.3% increase):
All employees: $24.21 rising 4 steps to $26.21
Mileage rate: $0.54 rising 4 steps to $0.58

Quebec, St-Nicolas, Ste-Foy: $134.50
Riviérè du Loup: $164.38
St-Louis Ha-Ha: $184.83
Kingston: $134.50
Long-distance drivers unloading:
1 truck (2-way): $50
2 trucks (3-way): $60
3 trucks (4-way): $70
(Multiple deliveries: $10 for each unloading)
Editor’s notes: Overnight: If driver sleeps in his cabin overnight, $30 will be paid for each night. Birth, adoption: 1 day for birth or adoption of child. Signing bonus: $380 will be paid on the second day following ratification of the agreement.
