As President and CEO with the Chemistry Industry Association of Canada (CIAC), Bob is the public face of Canada’s important and growing chemistry and plastics industries. He is a highly sought-after spokesperson for the industry and a respected authority on the many issues it is involved in.

Masterson holds an Engineering Degree from Queen’s University, a Masters Public Policy from Carleton University, and is a certified Chartered Director through the McMaster University DeGroote School of Business.

Bob takes pride in being a life-long learner and volunteer, including a three-year assignment to Nigeria under the auspices of CUSO-VSO.
