Julie is an accomplished, energetic senior executive and recognized organizational culture turnaround specialist. A valued member of executive teams, Julie has demonstrated expertise in setting and executing winning strategies for people and business needs. Julie joined the CAAT Pension Plan in 2018, and is accountable for people and culture and is CAAT’s very own “intrapreneur”, leading the organization’s innovation initiatives. Since joining CAAT, Julie has developed the 2019 – 2021 Strategic Plan, along with the People Strategy. She holds a degree from the University of Toronto, is a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) from the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA), and is certified by the Institute of Corporate Directors as an ICD.D.
