Glassdoor awards based on employee feedback
When it comes to Canada’s “Highest Rated CEOs for 2015,” lululemon, SAP, Ceridian, Manulife Financial and Suncor are the top five, according to Glassdoor’s Employees’ Choice Awards.
The awards are based solely on the input of employees who anonymously provide feedback via the Glassdoor company review survey. CEOs considered for the Canadian list must have received at least 20 reviews during the eligibility period
Scoring 93 per cent approval are Lululemon’s Laurent Potdevin, SAP’s Bill McDermott and Ceridian’s David Ossip, followed by Manulife Financial’s Donald Guloien at 90 per cent and Suncor’s Steve Williams at 88 per cent.
Rounding out the top 10 are Imperial Oil’s Rich Kruger, TD Bank’s Bharat Masrani’s and Home Depot Canada’s Bill Lennie (all at 88 per cent), Accenture’s Pierre Nanterme (85 per cent) and Starbucks’ Howard Schultz (85 per cent).
